Bought this for my wife, whose hands were so chapped that they were bleeding. Improvement was quick and dramatic. Just apply a small amount and massage it in. No significant greasy residue. It has a pleasant mild floral aroma. It’s much better than the lanolin hydrous USP that I’ve used before.

I love lanolin products for my skin because they are more nourishing than any other product I’ve used. Unlike using pure lanolin on your skin, this hand creme is the consistency of regular lotion with the properties of lanolin. It smooths on and absorbs quickly leaving your hands and nails feeling nourished and a bit protected. It isn’t at all sticky and seems to last quite a while. It does have a medium scent (not heavy, not light) which is fresh and pleasant. I highly recommend this product and will replace my bottle as soon as it gets low!
