For optimal results, lightly spray each cup with cooking spray or coat with any cooking oil. Pour out an excessive oil. Had to get the hang of these at first, but now I love them! I didn’t read the instructions, simply cracked eggs into the cups and boiled… my first batch stuck to the containers. Now that I know, I simply spray some cooking oil into the cups first, and they pop right out just like on TV!
