Hi guys!
Well got my chance to use the claws this weekend. Smoked us a nice pork butt with a great rub and these claws made it much much easier to shred for pulled pork sandwiches & tacos!!!! Must have! I imagine it will work excellent with brisket too!!!! The quality is great, sharp pointy suckers too!!! Good buy!

I bought these for my Mother. She cooks for her church. Shredded pork is one of the big items they make for various functions. I have seen how many pork loins they go through and the process is familiar to me. For the occasional times I make shredded pork a pair of forks work fine. I figured she could use these, even if she prefers “old school” methods for a lot of things, especially her cooking. She called me the other day and wanted to know where I got these. She said they were amazing!! The shredding process with these was easier than anything she has ever tried. And using them to take the meat out of the pan added even more value. She even threw in the other ladies saw her using them and were just as amazed. Coming from someone who has been cooking for over 60 years, that is quite a statement. Now, will they hold up for her? Only time will tell.

I got these as a gift for my brother-in-law who loves to cook. Not only do they look cool (he pretends he’s Wolverine, of course), but they work great as well! They are plastic, which I didn’t realize when I bought them, but I was pleasantly surprised that they’re very sharp and withstand high temperatures, no problem. They really do cut down on time spent shredding chicken for chicken enchiladas or tearing apart a roast for pulled pork. When done, just pop them in the dishwasher or hand wash them. Either way, they seem to be non-stick and clean up very easily.

I have used these claws now for a few of my cooking adventures. Tearing apart hot pieces of chicken when making chicken soup. Also for handling my succulent ribs. Turning and moving a full rack of ribs is a messy chore which usually results in two half racks. Where is the fun in that. Now I can flip, move, glaze in BBQ sauce without tearing apart my ribs. And not having that splash of meat juice while turning with a spatula. This is a great utensil for the kitchen. I keep mine with all my sharp objects in the knife drawer. Where Grandchildren are not allowed.

Exactly what I expected; only better. These Claws are sharp and definitely meant for shredding your favorite meat or just moving large pieces of meat w/o burning your hands. I used them a few times this weekend for Kalua pig and a few BBQ pork butts. Made my job super easy and safe. The ability to shred while still hot so I could make sure the meat absorbed all of the juices was a big plus. After my purchase, I received an email from the owner of the company asking for any improvements or if there was anything I didn’t like. To me, follow-up like that is how you gain new and keep existing customers.
