This Little pillow is small, but it has helped reduce the pain in my hips from my rheumatoid arthritis. I have always slept on my side, but now that I’m older with RA, The pressure can be unbearable in the middle of the night. This is helped with the alignment of my hips and back. I’m used to sleeping with my leg thrown over a pillow, so I wish it was a little bigger. But the size also makes it great for traveling and easy storage. If you suffer pain in the back and hips while sleeping, I would recommend trying it.
