These are so great. Turn in the water and put the end down and the water helps wash it right down into the drain. Just cleaned out my drains and put these in to make it so much easier next time! Plus they’re cute. I have the flower one in my shower and the anchor in my sink.

I like stuff like this so there is a bias. I bought this because we seem to have the same issue where nobody wants to clean out the drain catcher or we don’t replace the drain catcher and we see clogs in our tub. I am really happy with it.

I didn’t even think about my shower drain being such a problem with hair. We have a relatively new shower and the drain was starting to be slow, but not really a problem because the pipe has a long drop. There was a lot of hair to clean! I couldn’t wait til this came! I have very long hair and am constantly cleaning out the shower drain, I know, gross! Imagine my happiness when I found the DrainWig! I got it opened and immediately headed to the shower drain. It was very easy to get the chain with the little bristle things to go down the drain, then there is this cute little plastic daisy that sits on top of the drain so that you can retrieve the chain when the clog starts to back up again. Once it’s time to remove it, the DrainWig comes right out and brings all the captured hair with it and you just throw it in the trash! I can tell you now, we will be buying this product regularly! Great product!

These things work great! I imagine in the long run it will save me from headaches of clogged drains. Just don’t leave them in the drain for too long, depending on how often you wash/wet your hair. I am one person, who washes their hair about 3 x’s a week, and it is mid-length. I replace mine every 2 months.
