How do I place an order?

Visit our store at Joopzy, choose products you love, click Add to cart and Check out. Fill in your information and pay — that's it!

How do you ship?

We ship orders overseas by mail service. After processing your order, we send it to the shipping company. Once it arrives in your country, your local postal service handles delivery.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept PayPal, Klarna, and debit/credit cards.

How long will delivery take?

Shipping usually takes 7–10 business days to the USA and 12–15 business days to other countries. It may take up to 20 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

We will refund you if:

  • The goods are damaged
  • Your order does not arrive within 45 business days
  • The wrong items were sent
I ordered multiple items and not all arrived

We generally ship multiple goods in separate packages to avoid long customs delays. This means they could arrive at separate times.
