I just received this back brace. I put the brace on and wore it for two hours. After, taking it off I immediately noticed that my posture was better. I was holding my shoulders straighter. I cannot imagine after several weeks what my posture will look like. The only complaint I have is that it rubs slightly under my arms, but other than that it was comfortable.
